Las Normas Mínimas para la Educación de la INEE: Preparación, Respuesta, Recuperación (NM de la INEE) contienen 19 normas, cada una de las cuales incluye acciones clave y notas de orientación. El propósito de las NM de la INEE es mejorar la calidad de la preparación, respuesta y recuperación de la educación; aumentar el acceso a oportunidades de aprendizaje seguras y pertinentes; y garantizar la responsabilidad de los actores que prestan estos servicios. Las NM de la INEE están diseñadas para ser aplicables a la respuesta a las crisis en muchas situaciones diferentes, incluyendo las emergencias causadas por conflictos, por peligros naturales como los inducidos por el cambio climático, así como las crisis de evolución lenta y rápida en entornos rurales y urbanos.

Domain 1: Foundational Standards for a Quality Response
