Consultant: Children’s Climate and Disaster Risk Analysis Report
Under the supervision of the PM&E Specialist and in close technical collaboration with the DRR-CEE Programme Specialist, and Heads of Sections (Programme Specialist), the Consultant will support in the areas of data analysis and the development and dissemination of the Children's Climate Risk Index: Eastern Caribbean Report (ANB, DOM, SKN).

Education Advisor
The Education Advisor is a new position. The Advisor will provide technical support to strengthen ChildFund International’s global education program portfolio and enhance program quality. This role includes significant responsibility for resource mobilization and will provide technical leadership in the pre-positioning, capture planning and preparation of grant proposals. Specifically, the Advisor will provide technical leadership for grants acquisition on teacher training and building key foundational skills (i.e., literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning) and support existing education initiatives for children’s protection and well-being.
Senior Advisor: Climate Change, Education & Child Protection (P4)
Save the Children’s Global Movement strives to minimize the impact of climate change on children’s learning and wellbeing. The Climate Change, Education and Child Protection Senior Advisor will provide institutional, technical, and strategic guidance and support to the global mitigation and adaptation work within education and child protection (CP) programming. You will analyze evidence to identify innovation and application of climate adaptive programming that addresses the impacts of climate change on CP and education. Your technical assistance will increase the implementation of climate-informed and adaptive strategies. You will lead technical design of climate-related strategies within education and CP proposals, including the Green Climate Fund and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) proposals. You will reference complementary frameworks and the Education & Climate Theory of Change developed by Save the Children (SC). You will work across sectors to support the design and implementation of high-quality climate resilient education and CP programming.
Advisor, Early Childhood Care and Development (P3)
Save the Children seeks to scale-up throughout our global movement, two Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Common Approaches:
- Building Brains: Early Stimulation for Children from Birth to Three
- Ready to Learn: a program that helps three to six-year-old children develop foundational literacy and math skills.
You will play a strategic role in ensuring this happens, while working closely with the ECCD Lead Advisor. You will be a member of the ECCD team with a central focus on partnerships, scaling-up, and positioning ECCD as a leading cross-sectoral intervention for equity and resilience with lifelong benefits.
You will work with a global team to build capacity on technical ECCD packages, implementation of the organizational strategy for climate change, education technology, gender, equity, disability inclusion, and growth of the ECCD portfolio. You will play an integral role in promoting holistic school readiness skills and transitions in the early childhood years.

The Head of Programs is in charge of the programs department of Arigatou International Geneva, which includes ethics education and child engagement programs and activities. The Head of Programs is part of Arigatou International Geneva management team, supporting programmatic management decisions and strategic management processes in close collaboration with the Executive Director.
Programmes Manager
Programmes Manager will be responsible to lead the overall strategic planning for GFP Programmes in assigned thematic clusters, ensuring alignment with broader GFP strategic and annual plans, and thought leadership in conceptualizing new programmes to further innovation, quality, impact and sustainability of GFP’s programmes.

MEL Advisor, Education and Adolescent Empowerment
CARE is seeking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor, who is a member of the Education and Adolescent Empowerment (EAE) Unit. He/she will be responsible for: quantitative and qualitative data analysis of monitoring and evaluation data collected by large-scale donor-funded projects; technical assistance on the design and implementation of MEL systems for rigorously evaluated projects, including existing initiatives and new business.
This position contributes to:
- The generation and production of knowledge documents highlighting the impact of CARE’s programming, its innovations, lessons, promising practices, and challenges.
- Technical assistance to country office teams on the use of knowledge and learning for adaptations to project design and contributions to national-level research on education and adolescent programming.
- The EAE Unit’s learning agenda and represent the Unit in external and internal forums on MEL and education.
