As part of the Teachers in Crisis Contexts Roundtable, held 4-5 November 2019 in Beirut, Lebanon, we collected Teacher Stories (vignettes, videos, etc.) related to teacher management, teacher professional development, and/or teacher well-being in crisis and displacement contexts to ensure that teachers’ voices and experiences permeate all aspects of the event.
The Journal on Education in Emergencies seeks research articles and field notes submissions for a special issue on early childhood development in emergencies. JEiE welcomes field notes and theoretical and empirical research articles that address any aspect of ECD in conflict or crisis contexts.
Since 2010, the INEE Pocket Guide to Gender has been the authority on gender in Education in Emergencies. Almost ten years later, INEE and UNGEI are thrilled to unveil the INEE Guidance Note on Gender.
INEE’s Advocacy Working Group is pleased to present its new advocacy brief on how to achieve SDG4 for children and youth affected by crisis and offer recommendations for addressing the disparities in safe, quality, inclusive education.
