This position has the main responsibility of developing the educational and research capacity building solutions for the Health Higher Education Network (HEN) members in Afghanistan. This position will guide development of sustainable technological solutions throughout the course of the project. This position will work closely with three local Afghan staff who will be primary liaisons for UMN with the Ministry of Higher Education, local FHI 360 staff, and faculty involved in trainings, capacity building efforts, and mentorship programs.
