Principal Consultant (International education)
Job Description
Are you driven to improve education systems and expand learning opportunities for children and young people globally? Do you bring deep expertise in education research, evaluation, assessment and/or technical assistance, and the ability to translate complex evidence into practical insights for governments, donors, NGOs and global education partners?
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable professional to lead and grow international education research, evaluation, assessment and advisory work. The role will involve leading complex projects, developing trusted partner relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to the strategic direction and growth of Oxford MeasurEd's international portfolio.
Candidates will bring strong quantitative, qualitative and/or mixed-method research expertise, a deep understanding of education systems in low- and middle-income countries, and a proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role within a dynamic organisation, contributing both to technical excellence and to the continued development of the field.
