The EiE Hub is recruiting a senior advocacy consultant to support the development of an EiE Hub advocacy strategy, which will build on the strengths, functions and mandates of the EiE Hub members through complementary and collaborative action. The Programme Specialist is fundamental for the aspirations of the Children on the Move team, which is the humanitarian grant-making team at the LEGO Foundation. The Programme Specialist supports and manages specific project-level tasks as well as provides expert guidance on contextually relevant humanitarian interventions focusing on learning through play either through grants, service agreements, or partnerships.

The Technical Advisor II will ensure strategic leadership, technical guidance and support; maintain and improve program quality; and help build CRS’ expertise and impact in the areas of education. S/he will focus on direct provision of technical support in education with a focus on providing holistic interventions that promote systems-level change and local leadership.
