La bibliothèque d’évaluation est une collection d'outils d’évaluations et de mesures permettant d'évaluer l'apprentissage et le développement holistique des enfants ainsi que la qualité des prestataires de services dans les contextes de crise. Ces outils sont destinés à aider les praticiens de l'éducation à produire des données de haute qualité pour éclairer la planification et la révision des programmes.
