Four Scales of Teacher Wellbeing

The Teacher Wellbeing (TWB) tool was developed and used to evaluate the impact of tutoring program for low-performing children in northeastern Nigeria.

SeedlingThe TWB tool adapted in English (Rodriguez Morales, Mahecha & Diazgranados Ferrans, 2022) comprises four scales for assessing teacher wellbeing that include self-efficacy, job satisfaction, Burnout, and moods and feelings.
