إن «العناية بنماء الطفل» (Care for Child Development, CCD) هي نهج قائم على الأدلة، يهدف إلى تعزيز التعلم المبكر وتقديم الرعاية المستجيبة من خلال الإدماج في خدمات قائمة في مجموعة متنوعة من القطاعات منها الصحة والتغذية والتعليم وحماية الطفل.

Care for Child Development (CCD) is an evidence-based approach designed to promote early learning and responsive caregiving through integration into existing services in a variety of sectors such as health, nutrition, education, and child protection. 

L’approche Soins pour le développement de l'enfant (Care for Child Development, CCD) est une démarche qui se fonde sur des données probantes et qui est conçue pour promouvoir l'apprentissage précoce et une prise en charge adaptée en s'intégrant aux services existants dans divers secteurs tels que la santé, la nutrition, l'éducation et la protection de l'enfance.

"الحقوق من البداية" تهدف إلى إبراز حقيقة يجب أن تكون غير قابلة للجدل: أن كل شخص مؤهل للحق في الرعاية والتعليم منذ الولادة. ومع ذلك، لا يزال الواقع المروع هو أن 200 مليون طفل لا يحصلون على هذه الحقوق على الإطلاق: يقوم التقرير بفحص تخطيط الحكومات والميزانيات (بما في ذلك المساعدة من المانحين) ليظهر أن العديد منها لا يعتبر الطفولة المبكرة مؤثرة ولا حتى يدرجها في استراتيجيات التعليم أو الاستراتيجيات الوطنية.

Rights from the Start is intended to highlight a truth that should be uncontroversial: that every person is entitled to the right to care and education from birth. However, the shocking fact remains that 200 million children do not receive these rights at all: the report examines government planning and budgets (including donor assistance) to show that many do not prioritise or even include early childhood in the education or national strategies.

Este informe, escrito por Vernor Muñoz, ex Relator Especial de las Naciones Unidas por el Derecho a la Educación, pretende, desde su título en adelante, destacar una verdad incuestionable: que ni los derechos ni la educación empiezan cuando el niño o la niña ingresa en la escuela primaria 

Ce rapport, comme l’indique son titre, est destiné à mettre en évidence une vérité qui devrait être incontestée : ni les droits ni l’éducation ne commencent le jour où un enfant entre à l’école primaire.
