تقدم الرزمة رسائل معرفية ونصائح مبسطة ومباشرة في الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للمعلم وكذلك نماذج من الأنشطة اللازمة التي يمكن للمعلم استخدامها لتخفيف التوتر النفسي.
