Aprendizagem para a Paz
Entre 2012 e 2016, a UNICEF e o Governo dos Países Baixos desenvolveram uma parceria plurianual intitulada Programa de Construção da Paz, Educação e Advocacy (designação original: “Peacebuilding, Education and Advocacy Programme (PBEA)”), também conhecida como Aprendizagem para a Paz ("Learning for Peace"). O objetivo deste programa foi testar de que forma a educação pode ser alavancada para contribuir para a mitigação dos fatores de conflito em países frágeis e em situação de pós-conflito. Ao contrário de outros programas de educação em situações de emergência da UNICEF, a construção da paz foi vista como o objectivo principal do programa Aprendizagem para a Paz, com o intuito de reforçar - através do sistema educativo e da prestação de serviços sociais - a resiliência, a coesão social e a segurança humana em contextos afetados por conflitos.
Durante o período de implementação, o programa Aprendizagem para a Paz permitiu a produção de dezenas de resumos, relatórios, estudos de caso, guias e produtos de investigação, e a compilação de muitos outros recursos relevantes relacionados com a interligação entre educação e construção da paz. Assim, em cooperação com a UNICEF, a INEE disponibiliza o seguinte acervo desses recursos, organizados em categorias temáticas.
