Étude de cas sur les normes minimales de l'INEE

Depuis leur lancement officiel en décembre 2004, les normes minimales de l'INEE ont été utilisées dans des contextes divers partout dans le monde. Afin d'être utilisés efficacement, les indicateurs doivent être contextualisés ou adaptés au contexte local. L'INEE entretient un dialogue permanent avec ses membres afin de comprendre et de partager les bonnes pratiques et les enseignements tirés de la contextualisation, de la mise en œuvre et de l’institutionnalisation des normes minimales de l'INEE.

À partir de ce dialogue constructif, des études de cas sur la contextualisation des normes minimales de l'INEE ont été développées. Elles démontrent l’applicabilité des Normes à une série de situations d’urgence jusqu’à la reconstruction. Les leçons apprises et les recommandations issues des études de cas et d’autres recherches d’évaluation ont été intégrées à la mise à jour du Manuel des normes minimales de l'INEE en 2010.
