مجلة التعليم في حالات الطوارئ (JEiE)

يقدّم هذا العدد من مجلة التعليم في حالات الطوارئ (JEiE) تحليلًا متعمقًا للآثار الجنسانية لحالات الطوارئ الإنسانية على الفتيان والفتيات يضيف إلى أكثر من عقدين من أبحاث التعليم في حالات الطوارئ التي توضح كيف تؤدي النزاعات والأزمات إلى تفاقم العقبات السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية القائمة أمام الوصول إلى التعليم وتوسيع الفجوة بين الجنسين في التحصيل العلمي.

يقدم هذا العدد من مجلة التعليم في حالات الطوارئ (JEiE) مراجعة حول العديد من المعضلات التي تواجه مجال التعليم في حالات الطوارئ (EiE)، حيث يوفر بيانات فعّالة وأفكارًا لتحسين الرفاهية ومخرجات التعلّم لدى الأطفال في مناطق النزاعات والأزمات.

يقدم الإصدار الخاص من مجلة التعليم في حالات الطوارئ بخصوص الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي والتعلّم الاجتماعي العاطفي في حالات الطوارئ نبذة سريعة عن الاستراتيجيات والأدوات قيد التطوير والاستخدام لفهم حالة الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي في السياقات الإنسانية

نقدم في هذا الإصدار الخاص بتنمية الطفولة المبكّرة في حالات الطّوارئ مقالتين بحثيتين وخمس مذكّرات ميدانية وثلاثة شُروح واستعراضين لكتابين. يسلط ⁧⁩هذا الإصدار ⁧⁩الضّوء على تنمية الطّفولة المبكّرة في حالات الطوارئ، ويبرز بعض الدّروس المستفادة من خلال الجهود المبذولة لتلبية احتياجات صغار الأطفال والأسر الذين يعيشون ضمن أوضاع إنسانية

In this special issue on education and the war on drugs, we present five research articles, one field note, and two book reviews. The contributors to this issue examine the influence of the war on drugs along the continuum of drug manufacture, distribution, commerce, and consumption as experienced by students, families, educators, school officials, and policymakers.

The second part of the JEiE special issue on refugees and education focuses on opportunities and outcomes in refugee education as they connect to rights, funding actors, literacy, belonging, and teacher development.

This special issue of JEiE—the first of two parts—showcases research on important developments in the field of refugee education in a variety of regions and contexts.

This issue of the JEiE features a diverse cohort of authors who employ a wide range of methodologies and disciplinary approaches. The articles shine new light on refugees’ experiences with education in kindergarten, in adolescence, and in higher education; education administration in postconflict societies; and reforms to education systems.

JEiE Volume 3, Number 1 was published in July 2017. With this new issue of JEiE — which consists of three research articles, one field note, and four book reviews — we return to the positive face of education as we examine its contributions to peacebuilding.

The second issue of the JEiE contains five articles including lessons from an approach centered on trauma and psychosocial support in Gaza; norms, violence, and girls' education in Afghanistan; and citizenship education in Mali.

This inaugural issue of JEiE contains four articles on topics including a review of research on the history of education in countries affected by conflict, the impact of psychosocial program interventions, and instructional techniques for teachers working with refugees.
