Crisis Spotlights

Despite increasing rates of displacement and accelerating need for education services, education in emergencies remains critically and unevenly under-resourced. Not all crises receive the funding or media attention needed to provide a comprehensive, coordinated, quality education response.

In solidarity with INEE members and partners working in under-resourced and under-recognized crises, INEE is developing a series of education spotlights to:

  • amplify the voices of teachers and learners;
  • highlight challenges and examples of innovative programming;
  • provide recommendations for a range of education actors; and
  • curate lists of relevant tools and resources.

We hope these resources will support your programming and advocacy efforts!

Note: These are living, member-driven resources. If you would like to suggest a new crisis spotlight or submit tools, resources, or blogs for inclusion in an existing spotlight, please reach out to [email protected].
