Contextualizações dos Requisitos Mínimos da INEE

Os Requisitos Mínimos da INEE são genéricos, a fim de serem aplicáveis a uma ampla gama de contextos. Seu objetivo é servir como um guia para profissionais e formuladores de políticas para estabelecer programas educacionais de qualidade em situações de emergência até a recuperação. Os Requisitos Mínimos são mais eficazes quando são contextualizados para cada contexto. Os Requisitos definem as metas de acesso à educação de qualidade em termos universais, enquanto as ações-chave representam medidas específicas que agentes podem tomar para atingir cada Requisito. Como cada contexto é diferente, os agentes precisam adaptar o conteúdo dos Requisitos a cada situação para torná-los concretos e acionáveis. É importante considerar o contexto, inclusive os recursos disponíveis e o estágio da emergência, ao determinar as ações contextualizadas localmente aceitáveis.

Passos para contextualizar os Requisitos Mínimos da INEE 

As partes interessadas em contextualizar os RM da INEE devem entrar em contato com o Secretariado da INEE ([email protected]) para obter mais orientações e suporte sobre planejamento e relatórios. 

Em geral, uma contextualização formal deve seguir estes sete passos: 

  • Passo 1: Mapeamento de outros provedores de educação em seu contexto
  • Passo 2: Organização de um workshop de orientação sobre os RM da INEE 
  • Passo 3: Estabelecimento de um grupo de trabalho com representantes de todo o setor educacional
  • Passo 4: Trabalho com um/a facilitador/a para orientar o processo de contextualização
  • Passo 5: Definição do conteúdo de cada Requisito de acordo com o contexto
  • Passo 6: Síntese dos Requisitos contextualizados em um único documento
  • Passo 7: Organização de um fórum para apresentar os Requisitos contextualizados às partes interessadas e às/aos profissionais em seu contexto
