Guidelines for Education in Situations of Emergency and Crisis
Education in situations of emergency and crisis is one of the Education for All (EFA) ‘flagship’ programmes. In order to support this component, this guideline has been prepared with major key points to be considered in developing the emergency response or preparedness of EFA plans of action. This guideline provides orientations and recommendations and strategic planning for achieving EFA in situations of emergency, crisis and reconstruction. It represents a result of a wide collaboration with various partners.
