Wellbeing in the Workplace for EiE Practitioners and the Role of Collective Action

In honor of World Mental Health Day, the INEE PSS-SEL Working Group is excited to invite you to a special webinar focused on the wellbeing of EiE practitioners. This event is aligned with the World Health Organization’s 2024 Mental Health Day theme, “It’s time to prioritize mental health in the workplace.”

As EiE practitioners, we are at the forefront of ensuring education continues in the most challenging environments. However, the demands of working in crisis settings often take a toll on personal wellbeing and mental health. This webinar will focus on practical strategies and tools to promote resilience, mental health, and overall wellbeing in the workplace. We will have panelists from a variety of organizations in the sector to engage in this discussion and share their experiences and insights.
