This manual was produced to provide hands-on guidance to staff and partners
of development organisations that are working in FCS. It contains one
section, which provides guidance for facilitators and explains key concepts
and key terms. The subsequent 3-Step section is also available as hands-on
standalone field guide to conduct analysis and adaptation of a project working
in fragile and conflict-affected situations.
