Recurso Quadro de Competências da EeE Com base nos Requisitos Mínimos de Educação da INEE, este novo quadro articula um conjunto de competências necessárias, valorizadas e reconhecidas para os setores humanitário e educativo em situações de emergência. O quadro apresenta um léxico comum para competências técnicas e humanitárias essenciais e define os conhecimentos, capacidades e atributos esperados para cada uma delas.

Recurso إطار الكفاءة للتعليم في حالات الطوارئ استنادًا إلى معايير الشبكة المشتركة لوكالات التعليم في حالات الطوارئ (الآيني) الدنيا للتعليم، يوضح هذا الإطار الجديد مجموعة من الكفاءات المطلوبة والقيّمة والمعترف بها للجهود الإنسانية والتعليمية في قطاعات الطوارئ. على أدوار مختلفة داخل منظمة أو قطاع، كما يوفر الإطار معجمًا مشتركًا للكفاءات الإنسانية والتقنية الأساسية ويحدد المعرفة والمهارات والسمات المتوقعة لكل منها.
