القيام بما يهم في أوقات التوتر: دليل مصور لإدارة التوتر للتعامل مع الشدائد. يهدف الدليل إلى تزويد الأشخاص بالمهارات العملية للمساعدة في التعامل مع التوتر. بضع دقائق كل يوم كافية لممارسة تقنيات المساعدة الذاتية. يمكن استخدام الدليل بمفرده أو مع التمارين الصوتية المصاحبة له. الدليل مبني على الأدلة والاختبارات الميدانية المكثفة، وهو مخصص لأي شخص يعاني من التوتر، أينما يعيش ومهما كانت ظروفه.
