Join the World Bank at their Panel Discussion on Ending Learning Poverty, on Monday, September 23rd.
Latest World Bank research shows that only half of children in low- and middle-income countries can read and understand a short story by late primary age. Eliminating this learning poverty is as urgent a development objective as eliminating hunger, stunting, and extreme poverty. Meeting that objective requires taking forceful and urgent action.
