Organizational Capacity for Community-based Problem-solving (Org-CapCPS)
The Organizational Capacity for Community-based Problem-solving (Org-CapCPS) Tool was developed and used in Rwanda to assess the capacity of refugee-led organizations to engage in and support community problem-solving.
The Org-CapCPS tool developed in English and translated to Kiswahili (Gumisiriza, Tubbs, Shankar & Seminario, 2024) comprises four subscales that include addressing problems, critical thinking, community knowledge, and participation.
The package of this tool comprises:
- The measure (ODK form)
- The evidence report
