Code Your Future, founded in 2016, aims to help the refugee community and individuals from low-income backgrounds achieve their dreams of becoming developers. The organization began with entrepreneur Germán Bencci, who recognized that many of the coding schools that have opened throughout Europe, as alternatives to universities for those interested in a programming career, have a considerable tuition fee. Upon recognizing that this, along with the skills shortage in tech created a substantial gap in the market, he opened the school to teach refugees and disadvantaged people programming skills free of charge.
