Remote Trainings: INEE Minimum Standards - February 2021
The INEE Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, Response, and Recovery is the global framework for delivering quality education in emergencies. In an effort to continue supporting EiE actors’ use of the standards during the COVID-19 pandemic, INEE is offering training on the INEE Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, Response, and Recovery via Zoom.
Thank you so much for expressing interest in the Remote INEE Minimum Standards Training in February 2021. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept anymore registration forms because both trainings are at capacity. We do expect to schedule more training opportunities in the near future. Be sure to visit the INEE event page to stay up to date!
This training meets Level 1 of the EiE competency framework, allowing participants to:
- Explain the importance, purpose & structure of the INEE Minimum Standards;
- Begin to adapt and apply the INEE Minimum Standards for their own work; and
- Connect with EiE colleagues who are using the INEE Minimum Standards in other contexts.
The training will take place via Zoom, 4 hours a day, over 3 days. It will be facilitated by two EiE professionals, both with extensive experience using and applying the INEE Minimum Standards. Participants are expected to attend every day and to complete the post-training task. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the training and the post-training task. These trainings will be conducted in English** and require a strong internet connection.
*The information shared in the registration form will be used by INEE only. The information will be used for the purposes of organizing our trainings and it will not be shared externally.
**Additional trainings will be held in other INEE languages later in the year. Please check the INEE website soon for more details.
