These resources include a needs assessment survey and facilitator guide to design and implement a remote mentoring or coaching model through text-messages on WhatsApp. Although the needs-assessment tool would define the topics covered in the text messages, one theme in the facilitator guide addresses teacher wellbeing. The guide provides examples of text messages (content) as well as the frequency of when these messages should be sent to teachers (design) to provide supportive environments and foster positive relationships between teachers at the school-level, even during COVID-19 and school closures, or for remote contexts more generally.
