INEE Member Spotlight: Racheal Kalembe

Introduce yourself to other members. Tell us who you are and summarize the work you do or interest you have in EiE. 

I am an organizational development expert with leadership and managerial experience in education and community engagement  for productivity and growth. I am experienced in project management, program development  and strategic planning. 

I have over 18 years’ work experience and 10 years of leadership experience with non-profit organizations. I have well demonstrated leadership and my competences include, and are not limited to, education management. I have a good knowledge of instruction at all levels of learning. 

What has been a highlight of your work as a professional in EiE? 

Working in EiE has brought a sense of service and fulfillment to the community I engage with. I am moved by compassion every time I engage with the children and teachers in the learning centers of PDIA.  The enlightening training sessions we normally have with the teachers before every start of the term are very impactful.

When and why did you join INEE, and what is the value of INEE membership to you? 

I joined INEE in May 2023. I learn about top notch approaches in education which equip learners with the ability to find solutions for the existing enormous  global challenges. 

How do you currently engage with the INEE network?

I represent Personal Development Initiative Africa on the INEE platform. 

How would you like INEE members to connect and engage with you? What skills, experience and/or technical support would you be willing to share or provide to other members and/or INEE Secretariat?
