Nasir Ahmad Nadeem is the INEE Country Focal Point for Afghanistan. Nasir currently serves as the Sub-National Education Cluster Coordinator in the western region of Afghanistan, where he coordinates and collaborates with key educational stakeholders to enhance education access and response in crisis-affected areas. 

He has extensive experience in education management programs for Afghanistan’s Ministry of Education, where he has served as an Education Specialist, facilitating expertise in managing education projects such as education in emergencies and community-based education initiatives. Additionally, he has played a key role in building the capacity of provincial education managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting on education programs.

He has a Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University, India, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education in Emergencies from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Nasir is Afghan and speaks Pashto, Dari, and English, with intermediate proficiency in Arabic.
