Gazi Fabiha Noshin Meem
Term: March 2025 - February 2027
Fabiha is the INEE Country Focal Point for Bangladesh. She has focused on supporting the wellbeing of underserved communities throughout her career, and is currently based in Dhaka working for UNESCO as an Education Consultant. Previously she served as a Technical Officer for an NGO in Cox's Bazar. In the latter role, she had the opportunity to engage with the Rohingya refugee community in Kutupalong Refugee Camp, the largest refugee camp in the world.
With a background in STEM education and curriculum development, Fabiha has been actively engaged in the research and development sector of Bangladesh for the past 7 years. Her expertise particularly focuses on refugee education, teachers’ professional development, early childhood education in a humanitarian crisis context, and assessment and measurement in education. Apart from working as an educator, she likes to learn new languages. Fabiha is Bangladeshi and speaks Bengali, English, and basic Spanish.
