Child Protection and Education e-course

This e-module was co-developed by The Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (The Alliance) and the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) to promote integration and collaboration across Education in Emergencies (EiE) and Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (CPHA) sectors.

This multi-agency training module outlines how Education and Child Protection actors can work together more systematically, based on complementarity, to support children’s well-being in humanitarian contexts.

By the end of this module, you will have:

  • Increased your awareness of the connection between the INEE Minimum Standards (INEE MS) and Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS);
  • Increased your understanding of the benefits of joint and integrated CPHA-EiE programming;
  • Recognised how a shared, child-centred perspective can improve programming in humanitarian contexts; and
  • Enhanced your understanding of how an integrated EiE-CPHA approach can be collaboratively envisioned, planned and applied in practice.
