Barriers to Accessing Education in Conflict-Affected Fragile States: DRC

The case study of DRC is part of a larger Save the Children Alliance research project on barriers to accessing primary education in conflict-affected fragile states. The overall project includes a comprehensive literature review, two field-based case studies, and a synthesis report. The project aims to identify evidence for the types of barriers to accessing education that exist in CAFS, how they function, and the kinds of policies and programs that might prove useful in promoting increased access to primary education.
