Evidence Snapshot

Summary
Much of the evidence is positive and we are confident in the quality of the evidence. We do note that adding additional items and revising the stop and skip rules could improve the ease of measure testing and assessing the internal structure of the measure. However, given that there is clear guidance on how the measure can be revised, we recommend this measure for its specified purpose(s) with adaptaion. We note that ISELA or modules from the tool have previously been tested, adapted, and used in DRC, Egypt, Haiti, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Mexico, South Sudan, Tanzania, Syria, Thailand, and Uganda
