[Webinar] Ensuring Inclusive Education during COVID-19
INEE-UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in the Arab States (hereafter referred to as UNESCO Beirut webinar series to support EIE practitioners during COVID-19
INEE and UNESCO Beirut are committed to supporting our extended network members working in EiE settings and impacted by COVID-19. We are pleased to co-host this webinar by collecting, curating and disseminating relevant tools, resources and guidance via UNESCO’s global and regional response to COVID-19 and via INEE online collection and an accompanying series of webinars and blogs. In this way we hope to provide practical and technical support to practitioners, working in already complex and challenging contexts, as they navigate the additional tools and resources being shared in light of COVID-19.
This webinar will focus on Inclusive Education during the COVID-19 pandemic. EiE actors will provide practical recommendations and examples for supporting inclusive education approaches in the COVID-19 response, with a particular focus on supporting children and youth with disabilities. The webinar will also be an opportunity for a wider discussion with INEE members and UNESCO Beirut’s partners through a moderated Q+A. Closed captioning will be provided.
