Diversity
The difference and/or variety in a group of people in relation to ethnicity, ability/disability, gender, culture, religion, language, etc. Promoting diversity or diversity approaches necessitates responding positively to the differences between and within groups and taking a unified approach to tackling the causes and outcomes of discrimination.
