Maria Fernanda has 20 years of experience in the field of education, working with NGOs and United Nations agencies on monitoring and impact evaluation projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focused on education, and analysis of public education policies. She holds a degree in International Relations, with an emphasis on International Development Cooperation. Her areas of expertise are Portuguese-speaking countries, especially Brazil and Angola, and Latin American countries. Maria Fernanda speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French.
