Education in Emergencies: an urgent right

This brief analyzes why education is an urgent right in a context with growing humanitarian needs. In an integral way, all the aspects that education promotes are noted: a protective and safe space, which favors play and socialization, allows a return to the desired routine, develops skills, gives access to other services (such as food or health) and guarantees their well-being. A series of recommendations are also proposed for the actors involved in the response to crises.
