Evento Elevating Education in Emergencies: Securing Uninterrupted Learning for Crises-affected Children Featuring experienced speakers from diverse contexts and institutions, the final instalment in this series will unpack practical examples, research findings and recommendations to move beyond a conceptual discussion on the humanitarian–development nexus to outline what can be done in practice – including through coordination – to meet the education rights of children. Through this, the event will explore how the nexus can be leveraged to ensure uninterrupted learning for affected children and youth in crises contexts, including where existing crises are compounded by COVID-19.
