Faiz is a seasoned professional with a diverse background and brings over 16 years of expertise in operations, financial management, organizational reform, and business development. Throughout his career, Faiz has worked with both profit and non-profit organizations, including UNAMA, MECC, USAID, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Mercy Corps, as well as the treasury department of the Ministry of Finance and the M&E Department of the Ministry of Education in Afghanistan. Faiz's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and a BBA in Finance from SIT/HELP University and Nilai University in Malaysia. In 2021, Faiz joined INEE as an Operations Associate, bringing his knowledge to support the POP (Planning, Operations, and Partnership) team and the INEE Secretariat. Within this role, he also serves as the primary contact for INEE partner agencies, namely the IRC and NRC. Faiz provides day-to-day assistance in INEE's administrative, contractual, financial, and operational matters, operating under the direct supervision of the POP team lead. He is currently based in New York City.
