Recurso Reunite, Renew, and Thrive: Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Roadmap for Reopening School More than 40 organizations have come together to produce this roadmap to support the return to school with equity-focused SEL strategies centered on relationships and built on the existing strengths of a school community. Schools can use these four SEL Critical Practices to foster the competencies and learning environments that students and adults need to reunite, renew, and thrive.
Evento MHPSS for children and families in humanitarian settings: Review of Evidence & Guidance and tools This webinar is hosted by the IASC Community Based Approaches working group, under the umbrella of the IASC MHPSS Reference group. It will be facilitated by a team from Proteknôn, who are engaged in a piece of work to review and update the UNICEF 2015 evidence and practice review of MHPSS for children in humanitarian settings, and to develop a toolkit:Facilitating Community based and participatory MHPSS programmes- engaging children, adolescents, caregivers and communities. This piece of work is funded by IOM through OFDA.

Recurso Supporting Syrian families displaced by armed conflict: A pilot randomized controlled trial of the Caregiver Support Intervention The Caregiver Support Intervention (CSI) aims to strengthen parenting by lowering stress and improving psychosocial wellbeing among refugee parents, while also increasing knowledge and skill related to positive parenting. We describe the findings of a two-arm pilot randomized controlled trial of the CSI with Syrian refugees in Lebanon. The primary aim was to test the feasibility of our study methodology prior to conducting a definitive RCT.
Recurso Youth Wellbeing in Displacement: Case Study Research & NRC Global Framework This paper offers a global framework for youth wellbeing in displacement, capturing the multi-dimensional and complex nature of the concept. It presents three case studies that use the framework to explore youth wellbeing in context, which can provide a starting point for individuals and organisations to examine youth wellbeing in their specific context.
