Depuis le 24 février 2022, début de l’offensive russe et de la guerre en Ukraine, plus de 2,8 millions de personnes ont fui leur pays. Parmi les réfugiés, la moitié sont des enfants qui pour certains ne sont pas accompagnés, ou ont été séparés de leur famille sur les routes de l’exil. Dans ce contexte de guerre, les enfants sont particulièrement vulnérables.
