World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule for Children
The World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule for Children (WHODAS-Child-Arabic) is a disability assessment instrument based on the WHO’s International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health for children and youth. It is modified from the original adult version specifically for use with children and translated into Arabic.

Evidence Snapshot
Summary
In testing, there was some evidence for internal consistency of subscales and for the hypothesized subscale structure. The selfreport WHODAS-Child was a reasonable predictor of severity of symptoms and functional impairment, suggesting that the selfreport WHODAS-Child may have utility in identifying children with more severe and impairing mental health problems in this population.
