Teachers in Crisis Contexts Peer Coaching

The Peer Coaching Pack provides an additional layer of support for teachers by preparing them to use supportive communication techniques, adult learning practices, Teacher Learning Circles (TLCs), and Classroom Observations to continue their professional development. Through these collaborative activities, teachers create a network of support and develop communities of practice to strengthen their professional development after training workshops, helping teachers make sustained positive changes in their teaching practice.

The pack builds on the Training for Primary School Teachers in Crisis Contexts by using collaborative activities that allow teachers to create a network of support and to develop communities of practice outside of training workshops.

Included in the pack is:

  1. Facilitator Guide
  2. Level 1 Toolkit and Presentation
  3. Level 2 Toolkit and Presentation
