Supporting teachers in back-to-school efforts: Guidance for policy-makers

This document offers guidelines to support teachers and school staff before, during, and after schools reopen during COVID-19.  It  provides  seven  priorities  that  policies should focus on in regards to teachers: safety and health; psychological and socio-economic  wellbeing;  training  and  preparation;  distribution,  rights,  and  work  conditions; financial resources and investments; monitoring and evaluation; and social dialogue and communication.
