Gender Responsive Pedagogy Teacher Training Pack (GRPTT)
Developed by Plan International Canada, the GRPTT creates a foundation for gender responsiveness which is applicable for day-to-day teaching practice. Gender considerations are integrated across all modules, including lesson and course planning, materials development, and positive discipline.
The GRPTT can be used for training teachers, school leaders, headteachers, and local education authorities and provides support for continual professional development through Teacher Reflection Circles.
The pack is suitable for a range of crisis contexts and includes guidance on implementation in both the response and recovery phases of crises.
