Charlotte Bergin

Coordinator, Capacity Building

Charlotte leads capacity building for the network, driving forward INEE Strategic Priority II: to strengthen capacities to deliver quality, safe, relevant, and inclusive education for all. Charlotte is an experienced teacher, trainer and EiE practitioner. She joins INEE from Save the Children where she worked as a global education specialist, working predominantly in contexts of forced displacement and specializing in teacher professional development and gender equality. Although the newest member of the secretariat, Charlotte has been an active member of INEE for many years, in particular working closely with the Teachers in Crisis Contexts Collaborative. Charlotte completed her own teacher training at the University of Cambridge and her MA in International Educational Development at Teachers College - Columbia University. Charlotte is based out of the London office of the International Rescue Committee.
