About ChildFund
ChildFund is a child-focused international development organization that works in 24 countries to connect children with the people, resources and institutions they need to grow up healthy, educated, skilled and safe.
ChildFund is cultivating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible environment where everyone is seen and welcomed equally. In our culture of connection, you will have ample opportunity to grow, learn, and lead while contributing to our inspiring vision.

ChildFund’s education portfolio currently has a strong focus on the intersection of protection and education, particularly school-based violence prevention initiatives, but also focuses on quality education interventions aimed at literacy and numeracy skills and teacher training, caregiver engagement in children’s education, and social-emotional learning. Other notable activities in education include increasing access for children with disabilities, digital literacy activities for students, mother-tongue literacy materials, and non-formal education for nomadic children. While several ChildFund education programs link early childhood development activities with basic education (primary), most activities support children 6-14 years of age. Activities for youth older than 15 focus on life skills in school clubs and supporting exams.
