Education Governance

This list of resources on Education Governance are part of the larger Learning for Peace project which produced dozens of briefs, reports, case studies, guides, and research products, and compiled many other relevant resources related to the link between education and peacebuilding.

Education can contribute to the transformation of relationships through education sector plans which recognize and aim to mitigate conflict risks. This section presents research conducted by the Universities of Amsterdam, Sussex and Ulster whether and how education systems in different fragile and post-conflict countries seek to build the potential of teachers, youth and gender-relations for equitable, representative, culturally-sensitive and reconciliation-relevant education platforms.
