Educator Assessment of Learners’ Soft Skills Ability (EALSA)

ML SeedThe Educator Assessment of Learners’ Soft Skills Ability (EALSA) tool is a soft skills formative assessment that provides education officials, teachers, and trainers with assessment data to improve outcomes around soft skills for both in-school and out-of-school youth. The measure assesses the following constructs: communication, interpersonal skills, dependability, and problem solving/critical thinking.
