Education in Emergencies/Child Protection Advisor - Swiss Agency for Development

As Education in Emergencies/Child Protection Advisor at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Corinne Duriaux is in charge of policy dialogue, multilateral partnerships, operational advice of bilateral engagements, and the further development of SDC’s integrated approach to education in emergencies/child protection. After her Master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, Corinne specialized in the field of international cooperation and humanitarian aid with a focus on protection, cash transfers and gender and successfully completed the Concours for International Cooperation of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. For the past two years, Corinne worked at the Swiss Embassy in Jordan for SDC’s programs in Iraq and Syria. Prior to that, she worked for various actors such as UN agencies, NGOs, foundations and the private sector around the world.
